Webclasher – Shipping and Delivery Policy
Last Updated: July 4, 2025
Web Clasher provides custom website design and development, which are digital services. We do not ship physical products.
Our “delivery” refers to the electronic transfer of the completed website project to you.
Digital Delivery Process
The final delivery process begins after we receive your final approval and the final payment has cleared. The process includes:
Our Four-Phase Project Workflow
1. Pre-planning and Prototype (The Blueprint Phase)
This is the most crucial stage where we lay the entire foundation for the project. We don’t write a single line of code until this is perfected.
- Strategy & Planning: We start with in-depth discovery sessions to understand your business goals, target audience, and required features. We then map out the website’s structure (sitemap) and user journeys.
 - Prototype & Design: Our design team creates wireframes (the architectural blueprint) and then develops high-fidelity, interactive prototypes. This gives you a tangible feel for the website’s look, feel, and user experience before we commit to development. Your approval here is key.

2. Development & Testing (The Build & Refine Phase)
Once the blueprint is approved, our developers get to work on a private “staging” server. This is where your website comes to life.
- Coding & Integration: We build the front-end and back-end of the site, integrating the CMS and all custom features.
 - Debugging & Quality Assurance: Our QA team rigorously tests every aspect of the site. We identify and squash bugs, ensure it’s responsive on all devices, and test it across different web browsers. You’ll have access to this staging server to monitor progress.

3. Migration to Live Server (The Go-Live Phase)
After the developed site is tested, approved, and the content is loaded, we prepare for launch.
- Scheduled Migration: We schedule a time, often during off-peak hours, to migrate all website files and the database from our staging server to your designated live hosting environment.
 - Final Checks: Once on the live server, we run another round of tests to ensure everything transitioned perfectly and that the site is performing optimally in its permanent home.

4. Live & Final Confirmation (The Final Phase)
This is the final step where we do final project completion and approval from you.
- Final Client Review: We ask you to perform a final review of the live website to confirm that everything is working as expected.
 - Confirmation & Sign-off: Upon your final confirmation, we “flip the keys” over to you. We securely provide contributor login and any necessary training (optional), officially concluding the project delivery.

This disciplined four-step process ensures transparency, minimizes surprises, and results in a final product that is robust, tested, and perfectly aligned with your vision.
Delivery Timeline
The timeline for project development depends upon the project. The final digital delivery and handover process is typically completed after the project is approved and paid for. Per website page typically takes 1-2 days to build and deliver.
